*****New this year!!! Abstract submission will occur on a rolling basis to facilitate early applications for undergraduate and graduate student funding. Abstract submissions will be emailed confirmation after submission, and revision of abstracts will be allowed until the abstract deadline.****

Abstract Submission deadline is Oct 21st, 2025 at 11:59pm.

To submit an abstract:

1) Download the template below

2) Open the template in Microsoft Word

3) Edit the template but retain the formatting

4) Save your file as a Word document (*.doc; *.docx)

5)Send your completed abstract to:

abstractsforserlc@gmail.com

    



Would you prefer to present a Poster or give a Talk?

When you send your abstract to  abstractsforserlc@gmail.com please clarify in the subject line or in the email body if you would prefer to give a poster or are also interested in giving a talk.
